15g Wheat Bran
10g Black Peppercorns
10g Holy Basil
1/2 litre Water
Boil all ingredients and keep on low flame for a few minutes. Drink hot.
This is a very special and potent recipe for boosting your immunity and bringing warmth to your body.
Gives Relief from cold and headaches, increases hemoglobin and reduces cholesterol.
